Hellooooooooooooo I've done a little thread for St Patricks Day for you guys in the Arms  but then I remembered the fab time I had when I had a holiday over on this board some years back and thought I'd come over and visit for the day.........so here I am
I should say that I was born in England and have always lived in England but on the 2 occasions I've visited Ireland I have always felt an affinity with it, so being 1/4 Irish I thought I should start embracing this affinity more and perhaps the family name O'Grady
I'm making colcanon for the first time for dinner tonight............but what goes best with it?? And are there any Irish puds?? :undecided

Can't help on the pud front as we only eat about 2 a year!Spent 2 great weeks there with a local called Declan who was great fun and drove us about places..........unfortunately not long after we got back he was killed in an RTA
