As someone has already posted, the complaint was upheld, but us winners still don't get our prize! Totally pointless if you ask me. What kind of punishment is it to say "don't do it again"?!

Still gutted we didn't get our little break to Blackpool, but I suppose there was a reason that hotel was on Hotel Inspector so maybe it's a blessing we didn't stay there!
