help required with netgear router enabling security

hello all
just arrived at parents house for wknd and realised that their netgear wireless is no longer secure...but im having difficulties trying to enable it...when i enter the wep key the network sign goes red and doesnt recognise the key...there are 4 different keys that i have tried....any ideas on how i can enable the security on their network...please

no just on the netgear icon on the windows screen..... what do i need to do on ie then???

go to routerlogin.com, then go to wireless settings then copy and paste the wep code from the box containing the key (near the bottom of the page) and enter it into the computer

its best to set up security with a computer connected by (ethernet)cable

and make sure the WEP box is ticked (under security options)
