I will indeed. They have to go between September and December, so a while to wait yet, apparently October is the best time weatherwise as it's not so humid then. My DD won a 2 night Spa Break in York that they have booked for August, so they have that to look forward to before then.

Silly bird just flew into the window! There were a few of them messing about playing, don't think it can be too bad as there is no sign of it now. Hate it when they fly into the window and die.

Just got back from ours Becks, it wasn't very busy at all. I only went in for a loaf, £54 later ................

Thats what they all say Sue "i only came in for a loaf" i am fully expecting us to be mega quiet especially as I am on an evening. 3 and a half hours will no doubt feel like a lifetime

The supermarkets here are really busy! I suppose that will teach me to live in a touristy area. We are going to visit DS2 in Skipton tomorrow as he is doing agency chef work there at the moment and with 2 birthdays looming we thought we had better stock up today incase we don't get another chance.

Quiet in here again. Hope everyone ok. Off to bed soon. Have to laugh at OH, I said i was doing comps for half hour and then we'd watch tv... I came in and he was blinking fast asleep :rotfl: i hadn't even gone long. Just waiting for my uniform to finish ready for tomorrow then i will be going to bed.

Have a nice day everyone. I'm off to Skipton (Yorkshire) for the day to see DS2 before he heads up to the Highlands to work for 3 weeks - haven't seen him since Xmas. Beautiful day here so I hope its the same there.
