My sister is always organized like you although she doesn't comp.
I put my Amazon winnings and survey ones in to my Amazon account and then one of the kids want something they give me the money and I use the voucher:o

Glad you enjoyed spending your winnings melvis. Were you keeping a running total to get so close to how many vouchers you had

Am off to the football later. My dads away in wales and isnt back until later today so he has left me his season ticket to use. Will be nice to go and catch up with some different friends.

Had a good chat with best mate last night as was feeling all sorry for myself being home but i know i can go anytime so not as bad today.

Hope postie comes before i go out. Would quite like a surprise. Think i have done quite well this month, expect next minth will be quite quiet as I've hardly done any comps last two weeks so unless i get a good catch up done I am well behind

Ohhhh postie has just knocked as i was writing this with a signed box from cadbury gifts direct. They sent me an email saying i didnt win the prize of tickets to cadbury world but wanted to send me a gift...not sure if that was done throughout the whole entries but its a nice purple box full of chocolate. Awww thats made my day

Well done on the chocolate and books Becks - you had better not get carried away eating your chocs and not be able to fit into your wedding dress! (Only kidding - enjoy!) Hope you have fun at the football.

Ive got an odd one......
Im fairly new to comping and so far ive won a bottle opener from facebook that they never sent and some free food from the mcdonalds monopoly comp.
Every post i look on i see tags where people have won loads in cash, ipads and all sorts. Then i realise thats only this month!!:eek:

I just wanted to know really is this a luck thing (mine always came across as bad lol), a numbers game (im entering hundreds a day) or am i missing something completely??? lol

nikki, some of us at the start of year made a "wish list" of prizes and added them to our signature. Some people have been lucky and won some of the wish list prizes.
Winning prizes is very hit and miss, I enter about 25 a day (not many) and can win 2 small prizes a month. As you will see from my signature this month I have not been very lucky this month. Since starting serious comping from Sept'11 I won a Kid's bike and accessories, books, makeup, chocolates, and drink, and clothes so not complaining.
Good Luck with your comping, it can be slow at the start to win but then its like buses they all come together. Here's hoping.

Hello Everyone

I am back from my break In Amsterdam.

Went over on the Stena Line night time sailing ferry and came back the same way. Thought the ferry was great, the food in too. Had a lovely cabin.

Weather varied tended to be dry and sunny till about 3pm then showery, some very heavy.

Went to Keukenhof gardens for a day and thought they were fabulous.

Spent another day on canal tours bought Hop on Hop off tickets that could be used a 3 long tours.

Amsterdam is very busy you have to look out for trams and bikes as well as cars and lorries. Found that a bit stressful.

The Dutch people were lovely and almost everyone speaks perfect English.

Had a couple of Picture House tickets to welcome me home which was lovely.

Take care wingo and melvis with the murderer about.

You sound as if you had a lovely shop Melvis.

So pleased you enjoyed your break with your best friend Becks.

Looking forward to the Glamour comp as I was lucky enough to win a few times last year.

Have entered very few comps this month but intend to get back into entering with a bang in May.

thanks dreams that has made me feel a whole lot better. I was begining to think I was wasting my time. Ive never been a lucky person where as my partner is VERY lucky.
I was doing a comp all week and he did it once and won the bottle opener lol. He wins all sorts but I just wanted to win something myself for once.
You have made me feel like its still possible for me to get something (anything would be nice)

You tend to get lucky spells Nikki and sometimes you have certain comps you tend to be lucky in. A lot of it is to do with how many comps you enter and how often you enter the daily ones etc. Some peeps must spend an awful lot of time on here - including me sometimes. Good luck anyway!

Glad you had a lovely break bishopsgirl. I wondered where you were - didn't realise you were going so soon. When we went to Denmark we shouted at for walking in the cycle lanes!
