No wins still here to report, LO in bed not sleep thou and dinner ate was yummy

My smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping, assumed battery dying so opened it and it says battery not removable/cannot be replaced so I've taken it off the ceiling but it says i can't bin it?? so I've hidden it in the spare room :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now I have water coming through my living room ceiling AGAIN! Had dyno-rod out several times who assure me it's just water from the shower but the shower hasn't been used yet today, I was just going to go and use it when the leak started :mad: Tried calling dyno-rod, but the ageing house cordless house phone died whilst I was on hold and it's an 0845 number so 40p a min from my mobile :eek: what would Martin doooooooo :money: ??? Eek!! x

Nothing amazingly exciting in two days worth of post when I got in...just the things I had ordered for OH's birthday and a red card for a signed delivery which I am guessing will be something from Lee Kum Kee Can't get it redelivered though until next week with it being Easter and odd hours.

Morning all

Managed to get hold of plumbers (phoned from my mobile, luckily call only lasted 5 mins :money:) so now I've had to take a flexi day at work to sit in and wait for the plumber to arrive and investigate the leak .... might as well catch up on some comps I missed over the weekend :rotfl::rotfl:

I think the leak is from the radiator/heating pipes as seems to happen when heating is on so I'm sat here freeeeeeeezing so hope they hurry up :rotfl::rotfl:

On a plus note, the peeps I won the Kindle Fire from aaaaages ago have offered me £150 Amazon vouchers instead as it still hasn't been released so hopefully they will send them today so I can partake in some online retail therapy :rotfl::rotfl:

Odd morning here, LO woke when OHs alarm went off at 6.15, he was awake playing chatting in his cot, I don't get him up b4 8 unless he's screaming blue murder as he needs that time to come round or he's a nightmare, went to get him up to find him fast sleep again and has been since lol I've managed to do my dailies for 1st time in days lol

Trying to get few days ahead on comps as it's hard going in evening doing next day comps i'm having too many late nights yawns

We had gale force winds/snow/sleet/rain all day yesterday. Still blustery today but calmed down quite a bit and meant to drop right down by tomorrow so hopefully be the same for you xx
