Happy birthday to your son Sheils xx the month of may for you is like December for me....lots of birthdays days apart!

Phew...what a day I've had so far the washer was on but didn't drain out, instead it filled up the kitchen sink and overflowed all over the floor! While I was emptying buckets of water outside the dog decided to do a runner! Managed to get him back in safely for the washer to overflow again. I took off bottom of washer to check filter which was fine but couldn't get it back on again and snapped the catch thingy on the sides! In all my running about I managed to slip on my butt and bang my head looking in cupboards for something! I now realise my drains are blocked so no more washing till I get it sorted.
Have I got the date wrong .....is it Friday 13th?

The good news is I can pick up my wine and chocs tonight instead :j

Only got DS1 & DHs Birthdays to go now and they are in July & August!

Oh! What a day you have had wingo.

Hope you manage to sort the drains out. If you remember I had that problem a few months ago so know how annoying it is.

Oh Wingo, hope you are sorted soon. Lots of rain here, so glad I didn't hang my washing out this morning!
Got my housework done this morning and then been to the garden centre with my mum to get some bedding plants. She then treated me to lunch and we had a mooch round the charity shops ( 3 books for 99p to top up my Waterstones pile!) Home to a WEM, runner up in a design your own flavour popcorn comp so I win 4 bags of popcorn, and still a chance of being the overall winner ( 6 months worth of popcorn) as they have yet to choose it. it looks really yummy on the website, so looking forward to it arriving!

Won their cereals a few times last year but haven't heard of as many peeps winning lately. Last time I won with them I won a book although I did win them with Belvoir! Only one box left now
