    If this 'lady' has contacted her insurance company, your details will be on the national data base.

    When you (and I hope you never do, but it's possible) make a claim on your insurance in the future, your details will pop up and it will let them know that there is a non disclosure in your past record. Result - claim denied, policy voided and you will have an awful lot of trouble getting any sort of insurance in the future.

    Tip for the future, if it doesnt make sense, it's not true and dont assume people are stupid enough to believe you.
