If it is possible then expect it to be heavily oversubscibed and for the service to be basic and the customer service non existent.

You can get 'Free' internet by 'Borrowing' it from someone elses home network if you are in range.0

Personally I thought it worthy of post of the month. I know I save my internet costs over the year by using MSE

lol, come on ive read some stuff which is worthy posts of the month. But a simple 'sell stuff you dont use & then use that to pay your internet bill' hardly warrants anything but pointing out the obvious?
Call me a pessamist but the OP was only looking for free broadband, presumably via free service offered from an ISP. Not a way of paying his bills 0
