On o2 Online pay monthly (sim only) are you charged for customer service?
It is not clear if it is 20p/min or if it comes out of your inclusive minutes.
Does anybody here have sim only o2 Online pay monthly? Is it good?

I'm on a regular monthly contract, I dial 100 from my handset for customer service which is free. You can also get free or geographic (starting 01/02)numbers for O2 customer service from https://www.saynoto0870.com0
