Different Supplier perhaps? :huh:0

Upselling is a legitimate business tool. Surely it's the consumer's reponsibility to decide whether or not to accept the offer?0

Surely it's only bait & switch if the original offer never existed?
At the time of mailing, the offer may have been available, but by the time you got round to ordering, there was no longer any left.0 -

I suspect the 'issue' here is that the offer (free delivery on Mothersday) was only available on the more expensive flowers, but nt the cheaper ones which were available - but a few days later.
But if course, it could still be the case that they had sold out, but that a few days later they'd have been able to put some for arrangements together. (be interesting to know if the cheaper flowers were still available for Paid mothers days delivery instead)
Or, it could be that there was an agreement with the supplier / delivery company to have x amount of slots, but they make have dictated that it would only be profitable if y number of those slots were of the higher value.0
