I referred the email about the disciplinary action to the information commissioner's office about a week ago, as I think the law of trespass in Scotland is a bit different to that in England. Also, I don't think that information paid for by CP Plus under the pretext of court action can be passed on to a third party. Surely it's covered under the DPA? We'll see what the ICO have to say about it.
Definitely worth a complaint to the ICO, what's to lose?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
