PLEASE HELP!!!! Orange are being unreasonable

Self regulation people. Its up to you to watch what is going on.0

Whatever the OP should or should not have done, it is perfectly reasonable for OP to get a breakdown of the charges when they top £1250.
No doubt they may be correct, but what sort of moneysaver would OP be if they simply paid an unsupported bill?0 -
Write to the exec office and request that they recalculate the bill as if the maximum data roaming bundle (100mb I think) had been applied to the account.
They can't tell you how you used the data as they're not allowed to access the info, but 130mb in two weeks seems fairly reasonable for an iPhone.
If the exec office won't do anything then request a payment plan and take it as a lesson learned0 -
Actually, I do not think Orange is being unreasonable. You should have verified how much the bolt on gets you, if it covers usage in the US or just EU, and you should have watched your usage. The Iphone and similar smartphones are data hogs. When I travel out of the country with my iphone, evgen with the data add-on, I watch my usage like a hawk!0

Grumbler,
Thanks for your quote! when i say all, i meant a bundle for the amount of data i have used on average over the last few years which is between 10 - 15mb. Im now being charged for 130mb when i did nothing different and connect to all wifi networks.
I am gonna continue fighting this for sure
I would contact the money people at the guardian- Miles and something. Consumer champions.
They will sort it all out for you if they agree to help (they get 100s)
When we went to London last year, we booked a hotel through last minute for £100. When we rung the day before to confirm the booking, the hotel had no record of the booking- so we had to book another, this time for £150 as it was literally LAST MINUTE.
Weeks and weeks we rang Last minute- supervisors, the lot we spoke too. Eventually we contact these people at the Guardian- they contacted last minute. Next thing, a full refund and £50 gift voucher and a personal service to help us find the best deal for our next trip (we are staying in a very nice 5* hotel for very cheap- I think £120 for the two nights.)
Its worth a go.0 -
