I get it all the time and I have an AURORA inverter; manufacturer reckons they can be 10% either way. That's probably why you have to have a Approved Gen meter fitted in your system. I always give gen meter readings on the thread, as these are spot on.

Likewise - don't use inverter readings, they are just a guide. My inverter under-reads by about 0.2%, pretty good compared to some but I would never use it to report an actual reading.
Totally agree regarding Gen meter being more accurate but, liked to see Sunny Beam and Gen meter read the same. They do now!
Have you checked to see if you can reset/realign your monitoring system as I did? After speaking to the SMA people, I reset my total output figure. I did not realise mine was gaining until this week. I will now check it more often and adjust if required.

    15.54 kWh today

Below pvgis for 1st Aug but above for all five days since.

Forecast for next couple of days seems better still - but expect they'll have got it wrong again.

Today (one of the days that was going to be better than yesterday :D ) turned out not quite so good as last couple. 13.78 kWh - still above the pvgis forecast for August but only just.

Maybe tomorrow will be a record day (or mabe it won't).

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

A miserable 4.51 kWh today, sun barely made an appearance. Looking better for the end of the week.

Anomaly maps ready for July (bit late this month). For sunshine South West comes out 90 - 110%, matching my generation in Cardiff which was target +1unit.

    Rainfall incredibly localised.

Here's to a better August (not looking too good so far).

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

How does that compare to the PVGIS estimate for your location/system?
