A surprising 19.5kWh today. Weather didn't look that promising when I woke, but soon cleared to lovely blue skies.
Had a downpour in the afternoon, but still showed generation rates of 1.8kw at the time as it was still really sunny...strange weather:cool:4kw (16X250w Sharp). Samil Solar River 3680 TL inverter.
E.mids/SSE. 35 degree roof pitch, no shading.0 -
How do you set up this PVGIS thing? If I've got shading, how do I account for that on it?3.924kWp (12X327Wp SunPower). SolarEdge SE3500 inverter.

Wow, well done you... I need another 80ish kWh to hit my target spread over my 3 systems. If i can do 3 or 4 days like today in the 10 remaining this month i should walk it
24kWh (3.69 O's) today(fast approaching £150 generated for the month and "only" bought £27)
Luckily forecast is for pretty much the same all weekend:T2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -

PVGIS doesn't account for shading. My SSW system suffers from it badly but i'm still doing pretty damn good off of it(thanks to solaredge)2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -

That's good to hear, I'm also a shade sufferer....
Here's my 4 Os for today...

Looking at PVGIS...
I've put in my postcode, my PV technology, my peak power, and estimated 14% losses. I've then marked it as building integrated (as they are in roof) and put in the optimum slope and the correct azimuth...
That's all there is to it, right?3.924kWp (12X327Wp SunPower). SolarEdge SE3500 inverter.

Just make sure you click the drop down box for climate at the top and your away2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0

Yep - thanks. It reckons 3610. My installer reckoned a little more optimistically, 3747, based on Government SAP. So, these are pretty in line.
I have done the PVGIS thing before (based on advice from here), but wanted to finalise it now that the thing's installed. Will keep track, but will start in April!
EDIT - Looking at PVGIS data, today was almost as good as I should expect an average day in June to be (which is apparently the best month)...3.924kWp (12X327Wp SunPower). SolarEdge SE3500 inverter.

Joined the club here too. Both PVGIS4(Climate) & March 2013 bettered with 10 days to spare.
