Today 17kWh. Total for July now 463kWh compared to previous highest month of 395 kWh. Still 2 days to go so may breach the 500kWh barrier if we are very lucky and get some colder sunny days or a bit more breeze.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Back to generation, July is going to smash all records for me, and the first week of August looks pretty decent (at the moment).
'Can I borrow yer crystal ball'; as you're not into the forecasts; are you ?

Hiya Oscar, well spotted, I don't place much faith in the forecasts - but you have underestimated my level of sneakiness!

By mid day yesterday July gen was over 720 against June record of 662, so I was forecasting an event that had already happened. ;)

Also weather for August (first week) was caveated with 'at the moment'. In fact by last night the forecast was a mixed bag of sun and grey rain clouds, but this morning it's back to mostly sunny again. I'll update my forecast for week 1 in week 2. :D

Yesterday gen was 21.7 (3.89 Os), but Sunday was 17.2, just creeping under the 18 target, so that makes 4 days this month under target (so far), quite depressing to lose so much gen. ;)

    Sneaky Mart.

    Massive swings on yesterday's output.
    Biggest were at 14.15 = 0.336kWh and 15.15 = 0.3kWh
In between these 2 readings 3.55kWh for a 10 minute spell at 14.30:D

I got zero yesterday, on account of having no panels up, In fact, on account of having no roof. We had thunderstorms too - real hailstones. Luckily, the roofers had seen it coming and tarpaulined it over. Hopefully, we'll have tiles back on today and panels back up tomorrow.

Luckily, I'd already made my target for July! :j

That doesn't seem so bad to me. perhaps not 'peak generation' but still far more than the annual daily average and heaps more than your 'E value'.

Spare a though for poor Orrery who has had at least two full days of zero output or even me who will have to switch inverter off after sunset tomorrow and get a maximum of two hours (low rate) generation on Thursday evening.

Doubt I'll get back to forecast monthly generation rate for August for at least the first week (and if weather turns: not at all !).

    Oh dear !

Our installer did a full roof survey before he started work and even replaced a couple of cracked tiles (not even under the SP area) without any 'extras'. Trust yours did the same and present work follows an unexpected incident paid for by insurers ?

passed 600 kWh yesterday up to 613... way above PVIS for July of 461 but not looking good today. Easily the best month since install and makes up for the 120 kWh below expectations in March.

No, it relates to a problem we had prior to the panels - fixed twice, now back again. I've lost patience with it, so having it all replaced.

Hence my little blue winky! ;)

To be serious (for a change) today looks like topping target, and tomorrow should be close. So 4 or 5 days below, and 26 or 27 above target is pretty remarkable.

Of course the good days get balanced by the bad, and the good weeks .... months ..... years .... etc. But it's always nice to get a '+' month, and 3 in a row (my first) is even better.

Perhaps you need to divert some excess generation into heating your swimming pool ? :D
