Our system was commissioned 31st May 2024 so we have our first full 12 months, 7,158 generated and 4,182 exported.

I think another thread on here may be a good idea to try, perhaps with a title that suggests a slight G&E leaning, and then we can all give suggestions, and hopefully admin won't move it. There will be some with full wet ASHP systems, those that got the subsidy and it covered almost the whole cost, and some like me that 'farted' around with hybrid systems, like A2A units, and did better than expected.
Go for it?
Edit - BTW, looks like the planning rules got amended, with new annoucements a couple of days ago. So the 1m from boundary rule is to go, so HP's will become PD. Also some other recent changes, and A2A units should get the same PD rights, but no news on whether they will get any grant support.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Thanks Mart sounds like a good idea - apologies I need reading specs as misread and thought you had ASHP 👍🏻

I don't know what the correct etiquette is, but I tend to refer to wet systems as ASHP, and the air con type units as A2A. Perhaps, with my pedantic brain on, they should be ASHP2W or ASHP2A .... but now I'm getting silly(er).
A2A may be worth at least a brief thought, as it's simpler and cheaper, but the problem is getting the warm air around the whole property (if not a bungalow), and the lack of any subsidy support, at the moment.Mart. An "average" end to May at 3.6 Os.
A better start to June at 4.75 Os. Had the negative price conundrum again, today, but luckily it was mostly cloudy during that 4 hour period, so I didn't "lose" too many 15ps.5
