Finished the month with a nice 5.78 Os and 140.47 Os for the month (a little less than April), 23.8% above PVGIS. That's my third best May, below 2018 and well below 2020 when I made 162.7 Os. June 2020 was relatively poor so if we get a decent month I could beat my quarterly record.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.8

Last month was good too, 123kWh extra exported compared to April 2024.PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)8 -

I was keeping fingers crossed to hit 1,000kWh exported. No particular reason, it's just a nice number. Actual May was 1,282 generated, 1,028 exported.
Our system was commissioned 31st May 2024 so we have our first full 12 months, 7,158 generated and 4,182 exported.
In general Summer months have been well over PVGIS, Winter below.9 -
May results.
Great month with 111% of target. Medium spread, with 109% for the ESE/SSW* and 123% for the WNW.
[*2.1kWp SSW ground mount is steep pitched for winter, and sits between a large tree to the SE and the house to the SW, so will incurr some shading throughout Apr-Sep.]
Generated 1110kWh (127.16 O's).
Imported 103kWh.
Exported 755kWh.
Total consumption 458kWh.
Gas was ~66kWh. [DHW & oven.]
Consumption reasonable(ish). BEV charging all PV start of month, then we switched to measured export on Octopus. So now charging BEVs at night on cheap rate. GCH is still off, and with a full winter behind us, I'm happy it's no longer needed. So combi to come out, and a HW tank (leccy powered) to go in (leccy oven already chosen).
First month of metered export was fun. Only paid from the 15th May to billing date of 26th May, but at £48.76 still well above full month leccy and gas bill of £36.19
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.
