After yesterday's record-breaking February day, smashed it today with 4.66 Os! Tomorrow looking good too but then it's all clouds for the foreseeable future.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

Thought I'd get in early - third February record-breaking day in a row with 4.78 Os. Looking at the forecast I realise that's probably just about it for the month, but it was nice while it lasted.2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0

After a great near record day yesterday I thought today would not be as good seeing a bit of high cloud when I looked out the back this morning.
How wrong I was! Peak production around midday of 3.56 KW :T
Think the cold wind was the key to keeping production high.
Perfect afternoon and ended the day with a new record! :j
HAWAII + 0.06 O's
Earliest Hawaii before has been 9th March.3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds0 -
Hi All
Two milestones today ... first day of 2018 achieving over 3kWh/kWp(/Os) & Feb 2018 will officially not be the worst in the league table (that was 2017!) ...
... Just over 3.5kWh/kWp banked .... oh, and add another 6kWh+ from the solar thermal, so nice day overall ...

Yesterday was better (3.9kWh/kWp) ... and just 2 days after posting the above, today was first day of 2018 achieving over 4kWh/kWp(/Os) & Feb 2018 will is now 5th from bottom of the Feb league table ...
... Just over 4.1kWh/kWp banked today (wouldn't a battery be useful!) .... oh, and the solar thermal is showing 60°C from top to bottom of the cylinder, so another nice day! ...
Looks like the log-burner'll be assisting the heat-pump for a while from tomorrow onwards though ...
