    New best day with 2.56 O's, and first double digit day on the ESE with 11kWh's.

    Next two days are forecast (yeah right!) to be even better.

    Currently predicting 125% for Feb, highest Feb ever, and first 200kWh+ Feb. Last year was a dismal 121kWh, and previous best was 2016 with 190kWh, and that was a leapyear.
    Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

    Damn that was a good day with 3.66 O's I'm going to go up to the loft tonight and tomorrow to meter read and will see how accurate the inverter is(n't). I have a suspicion that going forward there will be a fudge factor applied. More tomorrow when I get the results.

    OK an additional post. First off. Meter reading. 15278.7

    As well as that I'll show you how I get my readings onto PVOutput.

    My inverter has an RS232 port, so I have hooked up a Raspberry Pi to it. It pulls down figures from the inverter every 5 minutes and pushes this to PVOutput by running a PERL script.

    Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

    Well I haven't posted here for ages for various reasons but had to mention that yesterday was my best ever recorded February day (I don't have daily records for 2016 and 2017) at 4.2 Os (my PVGIS for Feb is 1.6 Os per day). It's looking like this will be my highest February total as well. I'm looking forward to some record-breaking days over the spring/summer too, since I was forced to replace my inverter last September, which failed after 6 years. The new one should give me better output as it's not capped at 1575W.
    2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

    2nd best February day out of 109. Missed top spot by 24 Wh's

    Passed 166 KWh's (Feb Estimate)

    So that is 10.9 kWh according to the meter and 10.82 kWh according to the inverter.

    I'm going to declare the inverter reasonably accurate.

    So today's total is 3.757 O's
