Weather forecast for Cardiff has 4 gorgeous days predicted, and of course they begin 4 days away - ring any bells - de ja vu perhaps! I expect by tomorrow they'll all be rain soaked.
And stop calling me Shirley.

As pledged.... small drum roll &... tadah!
Here is our first years figures:
3304* kwh from a 3.84 kwp system (16 Sanyo HIT 240 panels with a SMA 3000 inverter) 45 degree roof slope SSE orientation and low shading.
Working out at 860w/kwp?
Around 200 kwh over installers estimate
We used around 2900 kw of electricity in home over the same period.
Happy with the results, the FIT payments covered our lekky, gas, water, house insurance & TV licence bills with a bit left over...
(* Generated 3kwh today)0 -

Good job,
My year is up today too, my 1.96kwp ESE system generated 1766kwh,just over £800 return. With changing my washer, dryer and tv and use of solar leccy have brought my consumption down from around 7500kwh a year to around 3000kwh.
Bring on the next year now, should be better again as i've added another 2kwp system on to the existing. Hopefully we can all enjoy a sunnier year to come, lets face it....it can't get much worse than the last one can it.
