I hope that Oscar gets back into production soon, and that it rains or hazes continually in his neck of the woods until his new inverter arrives, so that he loses not a single watt.
Many thanks; I hope you have loads of Sun accompanied by freezing wind...:D..coffee.gif
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Last 3 days production have been superb....and very consistent.

    Sat - 20.1 Kwh
    Sun - 20.3 Kwh
    Monday - 20.8 Kwh

It`s a nice upward trend....which I`m sad to say is definitely going to come to a shuddering stop today :o

2nd anniversary reading shows annual production down 180kWh on 1st year. 2015 did have a record sunny April so that could explain part of it.

Phew, thank goodness for the Tinternet; sorted:- Thanks to ABB who have taken over Aurora. Warranty runs until Nov 2022. Quote their E-mail:- 'We would like to advise you that we have processed an order for a replacement inverter, the estimated shipping time is 2 weeks.

This will be sent directly to our service partner who will call you once this has been received to make an appointment to install the replacement. The service partner will take away the old inverter once the replacement has been installed.

As this unit will be swapped under warranty there is no cost to you for this work'....:D:j:T:rotfl::)..

Does this give you an 11 year warranty?:D

    Hi Oscargrouch
ABB will also recompense for loss of generation. but you have to ask. It does't happen automatically.

Poor day today compared with the last few days; only 1.54 O's

Looks as if it will be as bad for the last few days of the month; so no chance of meeting PVGIS estimate for March.
