    Hard luck, Oscar!
5.9 Os here so far today, and still generating a bit....and I've remembered that 6 Os is a Maiden, all on my own and without looking it up. Another day without Alzheimer's, then - but I don't think we'll quite get to 6 today. Perhaps tomorrow, which is also forecast to be sunny all day.

Changing the clocks can make no difference to the amount of sunlight you receive ! It might mean your peak output is better (or worse) suited to your usage pattern but does not affect your total generation for the day.

I was thinking this but it might be that his neighbour comes home at 4:30pm and covers his panels.

No such luck for me today: Inverter crashed at around 12:30. Showing the dreaded Error 031 on an Aurora Power One 3.6 kW. Think it means it's DEAD!
Hope I am correct in thinking it has a 10 year manufacturers warranty, as the installer is no longer around.:(... My lot for the day is 1.6 O's...:mad:coffee.gif

Phew, thank goodness for the Tinternet; sorted:- Thanks to ABB who have taken over Aurora. Warranty runs until Nov 2022. Quote their E-mail:- 'We would like to advise you that we have processed an order for a replacement inverter, the estimated shipping time is 2 weeks.

This will be sent directly to our service partner who will call you once this has been received to make an appointment to install the replacement. The service partner will take away the old inverter once the replacement has been installed.

As this unit will be swapped under warranty there is no cost to you for this work'....:D:j:T:rotfl::)..

Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Another £10 day here yesterday and judging from weather at moment and forecasters suggestions, today might be a third.
Afraid I didn't make my £10 today - but only just short of it at £9.47.

Month to date has managed 88% of full month's pvgis figure. If last few days continue trend we could be at 5% over pvgis at month end.
