Back to the current world again; 1.7kWh....:o
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Got 6.9 today, just above target. Now running level for October, so a couple of average days and I'll breakeven. Surprising for such an 'unpleasant' October - if that's a fair word to use.

Forecast is for 5 reasonable days starting Saturday, but that's 4 days away, and you all know my track record with forecasts 4 days away. :(

November's target close to half of October's - roll on March!

    Mart.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.

My October target was:- 139, done 156.8 so far; with two more glorious days to go. November being only 80; no problem, time for a strong torch on the roof, or, better still, a strong reflector on the neighbour opposites roof. :o Roll on April, is what I say; forget daylight saving, we need more daylight to save energy costs .....Never mind having to turn lights on an hour earlier.. :rotfl:

  • I am dreaming of a two figure day.
Last one was 13.3 kWh on 17th October.
Seems like a distance memory; even when there is sun elsewhere, here in Estuary Essex, we get fog and cloud blown in from the North Sea, .

I had 13.2kWh on the 27th; swings and roundabouts come to mind.

Not often I get to the leader board with my small system, but today I'm already in two figures at 73W, and hoping to get to 3 figures around 13:00.

Anyone know where I can buy a 100W immersion heater element?
