Notched a 20.7kWh today, over double September PVGIS of 9.81kWh  The cool breeze certainly helped, and the late cloud to help with a bit of bonus diffusion.

Don0301, is the air temperature higher at this time of year than the equivalent March optimum day? That may account for the lower generation.

Only need another 34kWh to hit our (revised) PVGIS target for the year and there's still 5 and a half weeks until our anniversary of the installation.

Forecast doesn't look bad for tomorrow either, which is a rarity for SDJ's birthday :D

I'm learning myself, I have no idea but suspect it may be dirty panels, not much rain here in Essex

Not sure what other influences there may be, Feb was warm but i don't remember March being so much

Are you quoting PVGIS Climate or Classic? there is a big difference for many people

At the moment, I'm 20.5% above Climate, 40.2% above Classic

Gotta love Indian summers with a steep roof :D

My figures are based on PVGIS classic model, which is only slightly lower than PVGIS climate-SAF IIRC for our location.

Keep doing your sun dance. I always chirpier in the mornings when I see the sun peaking through the curtains :-)

Pretty much as forecast here but maybe a bit brighter. Should be some sun at 5pm and 7pm, which is no use at all to me! Tomorrow looking good though.

Edit: I take it back. It is turning out a lot brighter than forecast.

Further edit: but not bright enough to give me more than 5.46kWh, a little disappointing.

We got 8kwh yesterday despite the clouds in Nottingham. We've generated 163kwh over the first 10 days of september with an average daily target of 10kWh for the month so hoping we can meet this month target.

Incidentally September has been great (20/21kwh), similar to the figures we experienced in late March (20-26kwh) and in May (20-25kwh), I'm guessing is this to do with our steep roof?

After a disappointing 6kwh yesterday owing to perma-cloudy conditions

A cracking 25kwh generated so far today - thanks to a cloudless sky (and said steep roof) similar to those record highs in late March

As this is Don's predicted annual high yielding day for his even steeper slope, look forward to seeing whether it has turned out to be a record busting day for other PV'ers...

It was really sunny day in Sheffield. Due to next door tree, Upto 12pm it generated 0.92kwh then it got to 9.12kwh at 4.10pm. It ended the day 10.15kwh.

Shame about the tree. Oh well not a bad day.

No records broken here, but a useful 9.45kWh.

Is there anything you can do about it? My problem is a telegraph pole that starts casting a shadow in the afternoon in the winter months and I can't chop that down!
