Light now fading in the evening; why do the powers that be not add another hour in the Autumn, to enable us all to cook during daylight..ish...:rotfl:2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Well I managed 5.2 O's yesterday with 20.67 kwh. Well ahead on the months PVGIS at the moment so really pleased.
Just had my first power bill since installing the panels which account for 1 month out of the 3 months billing cycle and Sainsbury's have reduced my DD by £20 per month to £60. Not very scientific I know but to have that sort of reduction so quickly is very pleasing. (£20 per month is my predicted monthly saving on my electric bill over 12 months so pretty chuffed if it stays that way):j:beer:0 -

5.8 Os today. But what I did find was that when the sun went round to put the panels in shade the production was much lower than it was yesterday at the same time which was cloudier. I put this down to the shadow being deeper today and the light not being defused but being sharp.Living in supposedly sunny Kent
