When she switches something on she runs outside to the lecy cabinet to see if the LED is on or off. If on, she is happy (exporting), if its off, she waits for a burst of sunlight. (Is this excessive behaviour?).

I once commented on the fact that Wifey likes to play the 'red light game' in the kitchen ...... and got some dubious responses from posters! :shocked:

The solid red is visible in the kitchen, and can be fun seeing what devices can be switched on at lunch time, especially if the washing machine or dishwasher are already running. Quite addictive.

Got 21kWh's yesterday, 3.76 Os. Not bad considering the cement mixer was in the driveway for most of the day taunting the gods of rain and drizzle.

I did tell my mate that he couldn't switch the mixer on till the dishwasher had finished, but his "are you taking the ......" facial expression suggested he hadn't found my joke funny.

My mate is a builder too,done quite a bit for me but he took the biscuit when he did some work on the neighbours and asked if he could use my outside socket to use some leccy cos theirs kept tripping out. I know its "free" but I sure as hell aint taking the chance they may start "buying" my leccy for me!! Cheeky bar steward


Just checked my solaredge and need 5kWh a day for rest of month to make PVGIS target, only had 3 days under that this month with average of 10(SSW) so looking good.

You've had a good month!!
Just looked at mine and still need 11+ kWh a day to meet target. Daily target was 14+
