Thankyou everyone for your welcome and advice. I did check the gutters etc, whilst up on the scaffold - all was good! The panels are on a single storey roof, so fairly easy to access gutters etc.

Hardly sees the sun and gets a solid 40 winks!!
Me thinks we'll have to watch this one, maybe he has a link to the Driffield solar trap?!!

I think it's a matter of Mrs Sterling using the dishwasher and washing and drying in unison her numnahs.

    Oh! Oscar.

I admire your altruism. Yesterday you generated 14.37 kWh and exported 12.11 kWh. If I were your neighbour, I'd ask you to plug in the extension lead for me.

Turns out to be too much of a struggle. I have the user ID which looks like this d7a6******441320a (stars inserted to hide some numbers). But I just cannot seem to find my API ID (Enlighten ID) (a few numerics) even though I applied on line for a restricted licence.

    Hi Sterling,

For Enphase the process is slightly different.
I'll term it in PVOutput terms so you can match it against their settings...

You've got your Enphase User ID which looks correct.
The Enlighten ID is what you're missing - if you open your Enlighten page (Enlighten being the Enphase portal for looking at your system), which will look something like...

    https://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/systems/<enlighten id>

The bit in blue at the end is your site or Enlighten ID (there won't be any < or > signs, PVOutput uses these for emphasis so don't replicate them in your actual settings!!)

Once you've put them in the relevent boxes, click the Authorize link next to User ID box.

    That "should" be it!
Then scroll down and save your changes.

Let me know either way your progress!

Yeh, I slipped up there; forgot to plug in the Optiplug to use any surplus 800 Wh before going to work.....

@Sterlingtimes, can I ask who did your install and if you were generally happy with it, I seem to be fairly near to you and am thinking of taking the plunge.

Hello Pulp. It is TP Solar. You will find it with a Google Search. If you use their quickquote, the price will be in the order of what you will pay. Paul will visit you if you arrange a survey, advise you on what is required and price there and then. Everything was surperb.
