Life is relatively sedate here. Remember that radio anoraks have to climb masts, pirate radio anoraks climb masts on ships, but imagine being a pylon anorak (they do exist) who have to contend with the real kW thing.
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".

Ha Ha, I must admit, I have been up the scaffold to have a closer look at the panels, before the scaffold goes tomorrow!
    Hello Mark

    Welcome to another solar-geek.

I love these boards and the over-the-top pursuits of some correspondents. I particularly admire the fellow poster who climbed his roof to inspect his newly installed panels for scratches: a man after my own heart :D. Nonetheless, Humpty is only too aware of the dire consequences that could arise from climbing walls.

I wish it was the Sun's reflection in the water, but the weather in Lincolnshire has not been great the last few days.

Get your SolarEdge API off your installer, create a free account on weatherunderground and get the api off there, then set yourself up on pvoutput.org. You'll be able to see a lot more detail than on the SE portal alone.

    Full geek ahead!!!

Strange day. Monsoon conditions and periods of bright sun. Ending with 14.7 Kw or 6 Os.

3Kw now needed to meet this months Pv target. The start of the month made me think it would be impossible but the end has been kind. 74 Kw over combined target since install in Jan.

Getting in early tonight even though i still have 150watts coming in.

    5.25 O's today.

My Samil inverter rectified itself. For some reason it decided to stop sending the 15min interval data up to the portal halfway through yesterday, but been fine all day today.
