Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Just a good day. Looking at the graph I have a dip at around 2 ish so it could have been better, but im not complaining. The brighter sun but cooler conditions must have made for good pv.

It just goes to show how different conditions can be all over the country. I have definately been looking at figures from yourself and others in the past with wonder while im kicking out some miserable figure.

Edited to add. Just been up to the attic to check the inverter matched my meter (it did) as im still generating now at 21.15. Only 100 watts but its still going.
2.43 from 9 x 270 Trina panels. Samil solar river 2600 inverter. Due South. 30 pitch. East coast of Scotland just North of Forth bridge.

Almost an Hawaii yesterday. End of month projection still creeping up, now at 106% if rest of month is average.

I could mention that the long term forecast would suggest better than average weather, but I won't.

I could also say it looks like a fifth 2015 positive month in a row, but I won't tempt fate and say that either!

Martyn won't be happy that they are promoting the EST's calculator and the electric savings are a little on the high side!!! :rotfl:

Grumble, rant, sulk, moan. Actually their 3 or 4kWp projections don't seem bad, but (and I have complained to them directly) they seem to base savings directly proportional to system size, so as you get down to 1 or 2kWp systems, the EST calculator suggests savings that are lower than just baseload. £62 for a 2kWp and £31 for a 1kWp (my location, but south facing).

Even a single panel (0.25kWp system) would generate approx 250kWh's pa with most being consumed even if you made no effort whatsoever, so around £35 savings. It's the fact that their calculator links savings directly to system size that annoys me. All the other faults were changed after I rang and spoke to them about a year ago.

I'm in the same boat. The Midlands has been poor overcast recent days.
