Non-geographic numbers via mobile

I'm looking to take a new mobile contract, but want to know if any networks accept called non-geographic (0845 0871) numbers as part of inclusive minutes.

o2 include 0845 0844 0870, but NOT 0871

As far as i know, vodafone DO NOT include these numbers in inclusive minutes

O2 is the only network that does (excluding 0871)
