Santander - address to send tranfer form to...

OK, my bad for not reading the instructions.
On the transfer-form they attached to my welcome email it says to post to External Cash ISA Transfer Team, Building 2, Carlton Park, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 0AL.
Which is what I did...
But I just checked my email for something else and it says I should have posted it to: ISA Customer Services, PO Box 1112, 9 Nelson Street, Bradford, BD1 9NR
At best this will delay my transfer by a few days while they send my form to the correct office. At worst they no longer use that address, and don't pay Royal Mail to forward the mail.
Does anyone know any more?
(The email also instructs me to download the transfer form from their website, despite attaching it. I just checked and thankfully it's the same form...)
