Must be quite some cupboard. Surely he hasn't managed to create an area where no woman shall venture?!
Lol, he had been otherwise engaged. Either that or he's found another way out and been hob nobbing with aslan. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Ok, sparky obviously made a mistake, according to him he does it all the time? We didn't know any different, you tend to trust these guys when they do work, especially as the SP engineer told me I needed a spark to do it.
Have checked heater and it is 2500W.
Then the guy is a thief, simple as that. He goes around stealing meters and costing suppliers money sending engineers out just confirm its gone.
Did the SP engineer to get the load disconnect or rewired first? If he said a Sparky removes a meter he must be a complete idiot since that's generally what these guys do most of the time for suppliers.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0 -
Just something I am curious about you may know the answer to. How does an electrician disconnect the off-peak consumer unit without breaking the seals on the meter terminal cover?
Not by breaking seals, removing fuses, etc...only the MOP can deal with the meter. Sparkies can cut the power by having a fuse removed via the supplier or if an isolator switch is fitted, they can do it themselves. You can always remove the cut out fuses but that's not required unless the main supply is being dealt with by the distributor.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
