You'd need the same oral 1.5mg/ml strength for dogs but you could see if any of the other brands are cheaper and then discuss with your vet whether it would be okay to switch. It look like a few other brands are licensed:

Thanks everyone for your replies, at the moment I can't see any improvement so may not get it off internet but get 1 more from vet just to see if it does help her
