    Hasn't the OP just had a tribunal hearing to put him onto WRAG? If that is the case, he can not appeal agains this unless there has been an 'Error of Law'. The first step would be to request a Statement of Reasons from the tribunal service and get an expert to look through it to see if there is cause to take it further. I really would not advise this unless there is good reason to think that at least one Support Group descriptor (or exceptional circumstance ) is met.
