i have a dell dimension c521 and was using a bt voyager 1055 for to use my computor wireless This has now failed what wireless adapter should i buy I am using xp

    Why get a G, if the OP's router is N rated?

    Not irrelevant. You are recommending an inferior adapter that wont take advantage of the OP's router wireless output speed.

    i had bought a netgear 150 from argos and it would not work if 2 meters away from hub

    Yes I have - the BT Home Hub 3 is an N-rated router. Why suggest a G-rated adapter?
