I appreciate your advice on this!
I am with Orange BB for more than a year and extended my contract in Dec2006 [I was not provided with any new hardwares eventhough I was having problem with my wireless adapter.....they kept saying changing the frequency of channel etc]
Now that I want to comeoff Orange but I was told that I need to pay for the remaining period service[10 months worksout to be £199]
Is it fair?
Waht should I do next? Please help:o

Did you change your package / speed in Dec. If so you accepted a new one year contract.0

Yes! I changed the package..I am on unlimited broadband for £19.99 now.
Previously I was on 2GB limit [was on a combined offer with Orange Paymonthly..was paying 9.99 a month for 6 months and 13.99 for 6 months]
My question is eventhough it a new contract, I was not given with any new hardwares with which I am having trouble now.0
