Missed Quark install deadline

Thanks for taking so much trouble. I will certainly ring Quark when they next open as I have been e-mailing both Quark and Computer Shopper with no reply since 12 January 2007. At least thanks to all your hard work I know it's not only me.

This happened to me. I had to sign up for a Quark account which I did and got an e-mail confirming it. The Quark installation process kept telling me from December onwards that the registration code printed on the cd was invalid. I kept trying it and then it accepted it. Then when I tried to retrieve the validation code it started saying it was invalid again and I never got an e-mail. If anyone knows how to do this I'd be most grateful.
I have been e-mailing Quark and Computer Shopper without any reply since early January.

One of my e-mails to Quark was eventually answered by techsuppquark@quark.com and they e-mailed me a validation code.
