AVOID Primus at all costs

Hi,
I have had the worst customer experience of my life with this company. I have been trying since January to have their broadband saver and phone line installed.This needs a visit from a BT engineer, no probs or so I thought.
Waited 3 weeks for first appointment to be sent by email, responded to it to say I would be out 3 days before he came but he still did. This was then rearranged with little apology on the phone. Email comes, different date from that arranged on phone, explained to customer services and said they would change it back.....and you guessed it, engineer called on the unagreed date. Rang back, this time slightly better apology gave them the pick 0f 3 days for engineer to call-got one 2wks later by email which was ok. Rang up day before to check everything is ok and on their records they said they emailed me to change it to the following day-24hrs notice ! I explained that I had to wait weeks for that appt and have arranged another day off work and they coulnt care less.To cap it all they didnt send an email and so I must assume either they lie or are so incompetant they dont know what they are doing. So.....3 working days missed, a lot of agrro and at the end of it nothing. Thats the end of this tale of woe.
