BT 5 weeks to fix a fault !!

    well thats two of us then.
    What gets me going is that we sent two letters of complaint,and what do you get,some loon who phones once a week to give you a progress report, it will be 5 weeks till we mend it,it will be 4 weeks till we mend it etc etc:mad:
    and yes the cable which was repaired still lays above ground.
    we were told that the delay in fixing the problem was because they had to arrange traffic lights etc:mad: this is for an island with 4 miles of road and 20 cars.They sent a van/lorry over by ferry and what did the guys need, a shovel, 100 mts of cable and a little screen to stop there backs getting wet as they joined the wires,total time on job 2 1/2 hours

    I COULD SCRRREEEAMM

    now we see what paltry compo we can get out of them
    living on the "edge"
