Let those of you without sin cast the first stone.....
Jessie was desperate and desperate people do desperate things, sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees however well meaning any advice given is. Don't be too hard on yourself Jessie Lou, but do try and learn from it. You have my sympathy, even if you have no one elses.
You say that yet in post 12 in the linked to thread the OP says " Thanks all of you for your help. I'll sort it somehow. Lots of grovelling I can see" which says to me they understood the advice given to them and gave up applying for credit.0 -
Not denying that and yes she has been foolish but that doesn't give anyone the right to belittle her and make her feel stupid.0

I don't think you are being very kind to the OP by suggesting that we who have not fallen for the loan brokers' charms can throw things at her.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0 -

I see it merely that they are confirming her own thoughts.
Merely agreeing that she acted stupidly.
It's down to interpretation reallySpace available for rent0 -
My interpretation is that she feels humiliated and belittled by some of the replies, and that is not open to any kind of interpretation, nor is it in any way acceptable.
The clue to this is "thanks for the abuse". This is a money saving site and abuse is not acceptable, see above if you are in any doubt. If she feels abused then there is no argument, it is abuse. Some of you need to get off your high horse and apologise.0 -

Am I allowed to have an interpretation of your post though? Where does it all end?
(this is just my interpretation by the way, try not to mis-interpret it)0
