It's good to celebrate and record your successes. But I hope you won't pin letters to the noticeboard where patients can read them with the address or other confidential information still showing.

Whoever did that deserves to be shot! (and not have the bullet holes mended in A&E! )

I think the NHS are great! And the staff in A&E need awards for the abuse they have to put up with.

Thanks to all the doctors and nurses out there that continue - regardless of all the moaning everyone does about them, where would we be without you!!

I just got out of hospital yesterday, and was very impressed with all staff members there... yes some were better than others but the overall standard was high.

Its a shame that they get treated so badly by the public/some patients, as they do an excellent job!

It is a shame that the NHS does not have the same union at the underground drivers.

Bad news makes headlines and they say good news is no news.

Our NHS is brilliant, you only have to travel around the world to recognise how lucky we are. It's got problems of course, but there are thousands of dedicated workers who deserve our thanks. Having just lost my Mum and Farther-in-law, sadly I know just how good they are. There is nothing more I could have expected from them at any level.
