im not the birth mother she has nothing to do with them as they were taken off her and put into care.
me and my partner are not married and dont have any children together.
we went to court and both have parental responsibility for the boys.
we had a disagreement and he walked out of the house and had no contact with us and was gone a night then came back and said i am not staying i need some time to myself and went again, while i stayed with the children.
I have the children more than he does he works, and i do cooking, cleaning, reading and homework with the boys and sign all the school letters to allow them to do things.
we have had arguements and he has threatened to leave but the children all say if me and there dad split up they would like to stay with me not there dad

I would suggest finding a solicitor on the family and children panels (I doubt it could be the one you used with your partner due to conflict of interest) and getting a free half hour. And keep a detailed diary! Evidence where possible - email, text etc
