You complain to the company that sold it.

I tried to get PPI back from GE Money for a loan l had with FNB. they said no. the loan l got was for a kitchen and all the paperwork was completed by a salesman. GE says this salesman wasnt a representative of FNB. Unless they are body swerving. Really not happy as it was, or can be, a sizeable sum.

They are correct. They did not sell it to you and neither did any of their representatives. The Kitchen salesman sold it. You are complaining about the sale (not the product). So, you send your complaint to the kitchen company. As long as the sale was after Jan 2005 (the point of regulation) the kitchen company have to consider the complaint. If it was before Jan 2005, then they can and almost certainly will reject it as pre-regulation.

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
