If a chip (including any cracks leading off it)is in line with the steering wheel and withing the sweep of the wiper, it can only be repaired if it is 10mm or under. For chips within the sweep of the drivers wiper but not in front of the steering wheel, the limit is 15mm. Chips within the sweep of the passenger wiper but outside the sweep of the drivers wiper have a limit of 25mm . Outside the sweep of the wipers up to 40mm can be repaired. Some chips within these limits cannot be repared if they are too close to the edge of the screen or if there are two or more impact points too close together.

If you really don't want to drive to one of their branches to ask (reasonable if it's a long way away), why not just take a picture, stick it somewhere like imgur.com and send them an email with the link asking "Can you repair this?"

You could also then link the picture on these forums and you might get some better informed answers.

It's far easier just to call them and ask them to come out to you.
