O2 tariff and phone with GPS possibilty!

Hi

I have lost touch with the latest handsets as looking to change network after 2 years.I am a happy customer of 3 network and use A1000 with Tom tom. My friend recently advised me to change to O2 network as overseas access number(0845) is part of inclusive minutes.
I am therefore looking for a pay monthly O2 tariff(atleast 400 mins) and a GPS Nav possible phone. I had a look at the O2 website and my head is spinning from the choices. Any personal recommendation would be appreciated.

The phone I'm waiting to get is the Nokia N95, its got the GPS built in and also has wifi access with a proper net browser. It has a 5.2 megapixel camera and a 150mb memory.
i can't think of anything that i want, that this phone can't do! its due to be launched the start of march so it isn't far off. I'd think that the kind of tariff you're looking at it should be free.
