If it is for sale at £90k then people will want to get it for less. I'm guessing that the work needed would cost at least £20 unless it is a builder who buys it so yeah, maybe £90k is about right. It is a very nice hobby house watching. I think I am addicted to Rightmove !0

its been busy since it went on the market i guess cos its cheap. Houses that dont need work doing can go for ages without interest?:footie:0 -
At £90k, no stamp duty and get to build and re-do the house to your liking. Sounds pretty good provided one is pretty handy at fixing things0

Why does an estate agent say to a viewer that a house has only been on the market barely a week when its been nearly 2.
I heard a viewer ask the agent earlier how long its been on the market and the estate agent didnt state the real truth?
