    Walk away with a smile.

Or just throw the chip oil in her face.

Or just knock her out from behind and when she wakes up tell her she fainted. Keep doing it until brain damage.

Wow you people are so mean!!!

When we were fed up in my last job we used to think of how we'd sabotage things just before we left. Easy in a food shop I'd have thought. Whether you actually do doesn't matter, just thinking of what you could do helps.

  • I work at marks and spencers, I have cried on a number of occasions due to collegues bitterness, reported to the managers several times but they did nothing. They say that I need to keep a record of what is exactly said or done by them and I think that is pathetic. Why would I make it up? Been there two years now and since day one iv always been made to feel stupid and my confidence has gone straight down. I don't get treated equally no matter how well I do my job, work is stressful enough and it makes it harder to working in that enviorenment. I want to leave :(

It was a joke. My suggestions have been the worse so far, then i called you lot Mean.

its like cussing your mate, then looking at your other mate and calling him a d*ck for thinking all those things lol just a joke tis all!

Sabotage can lead a lawsuit. So its not a wise choice. Gotta watch ya back and not get caught out!

The reason you need to keep a record is not because they think you're making it up but because in order to take action they/you need to demonstrate that there is an ongoing pattern of abusive behaviour.

Anyone can shrug off one remark as "I was having a bad day" (hell, we all do have bad days, after all, right?). Far more difficult to shrug off documentation of 3 months of sustained behaviour the same way.
If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything
