So your parents are now "greedy landlords" and you are effectively a "stupid tenant"? (Your words not mine)

If your mum is offering you a subsidised rate for your lodgings - then she is definitely subsidising your lifestyle and house purchase. Worse fool her!

    Happy days indeed

As pointed out elsewhere in this post, your parents have already bailed out your failing business ventures.

Why are you splashing out on luxuries, when you still living a subsidised lifestyle with your parents and are so indebted to them?

I'd say your new wife is in for a shock

Bit late to apologise for that now - as you repeated your assertion at least three times, so it is clearly something that you hold dear.

    You should be ashamed.

Not taunting tenants at all - rising rents in London are a reality for most people who don't live at home with mumsy - or as you call them: "stupid" tenants

If you are going to make such weak insults, please at least learn to spell properly.

My mum is subsidising my lodgings.

She doesnt charge me 500 quid a month to kip in the back bedroom.

Saying that though she wouldnt charge anybody 500 quid a month to kip in the back bedroom as when i leave it will just be a spare room.

Make sure you charge your kids full whack for their housing.

Unless of course your kids are as amazing as you are and owned a 3 bed semi outright by the time they were 14.

    Got a question.

In not charging full market rate rent my parents are supporting my life style.

But if I am paying more than it costs to keep me then I am supporting their life style.

Can you not see how all involved gain?

I can confirm there is no lost rent as they don't want a stranger renting.
