Oh right my parents are funding my life? strange how they will have less money when I move out, so who is funding who.
Stay with me on this one see if you can grasp it, I pay less than a landlord would charge but more than it costs to keep me. So therefore all parties involved gain.
As it is the subwoofer for my surround system as delivered today so happy days.
Yet again I don't think tenants are stupid, admittedly the full context to that statement wasn't clear at the time to which I apologise.
As for taunting tenants:nollag2006 wrote: »I suppose it depends on what part of the country you are in. I am based in London and have put the rents up on my properties between 5 and 8%, effective May 1st. I dont take DSS tenants though

Thank you

2013? not sure, maybe I have cramped too much into 2012. :rotfl:
I suppose after the marriage the only thing left is a mini Percy or 2, but no exact plans there just yet. :eek:Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

There is a Walkman Central Site that has pictures and lists the technology and it's procession through time.
Sony had a player that would work off 1.5V with DC to DC conversion stepping up the voltage.
Servo capstans were an in thing. If I am not mistaken you can still buy them in packs of twenty.

I don't know if you know this but Percy1983 has put you on ignore; just so you don't waste your time. :embarasse0 -

So your parents are now "greedy landlords" and you are effectively a "stupid tenant"? (Your words not mine)
If your mum is offering you a subsidised rate for your lodgings - then she is definitely subsidising your lifestyle and house purchase. Worse fool her!As it is the subwoofer for my surround system as delivered today so happy days.
Happy days indeed
As pointed out elsewhere in this post, your parents have already bailed out your failing business ventures.
Why are you splashing out on luxuries, when you still living a subsidised lifestyle with your parents and are so indebted to them?
I'd say your new wife is in for a shockYet again I don't think tenants are stupid, admittedly the full context to that statement wasn't clear at the time to which I apologise.
Bit late to apologise for that now - as you repeated your assertion at least three times, so it is clearly something that you hold dear.
You should be ashamed.
Not taunting tenants at all - rising rents in London are a reality for most people who don't live at home with mumsy - or as you call them: "stupid" tenantstouche
If you are going to make such weak insults, please at least learn to spell properly.0 -

I guess it was the usual insults? :rotfl:

Ok let me clear this stupid tennats comment, there is 2 ways to look at it and either way your point is now void.
1, The post which stated that wasn't clear but I have since tried to clear it up and explain.
2, I did think that at the time and have now seen the error in my ways.
Both lead to the same statement, tenants aren't stupid which is my firm belief.
Now I really do have a geniune question here, I have read a sockie say before my parents bailed me out and you have just said my parents bailed me from a failed business venture. Now as far as I know my parents haven't bailed me out in anyway and I don't have any failed business ventures behind which I know of (sure I would remember). So the question is are you sure your not mixing me up with somebody else? no problem if you have but please stop posting things which have no truth to them.
As for learning to spell sorry if any wrong spelling caused confusion, but I will stand by the arguement that turning on spelling and grammer is usually the sign of losing a battle.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Funny thing is the amp is already packed up ready to go so I inspected it and put it back in the box, it looks nice enough for a black square and reviews are very positive so can't wait to get it fired up in the new house.
